Shipping Policy

Our policy is to give you the best shipping rates policy while also giving you an extraordinary experience. All items sold by Ebars have a set shipping charge based on our item's weight and zip code. All of our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This has a next day or 1-3 day estimated delivery time depending on where the shipping address is.

Standard shipping is available for the Continental U.S., P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses only. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.

Any promotions that contain a free shipping discount will clearly state this opportunity in the promotion. Otherwise, we do not offer free shipping.

As soon as your order is shipped from our facility we will send you an email to the account that you provided during the checkout process that will contain your box's tracking number. You can use this to follow it to your location.

Return Policy

We trust you.

When you purchase a product from us you are taking on a risk. Your risk is that your expectation will be matched or exceeded by our product. If we fail to meet your expectation you will be refunded.

This needs to be easy.

No matter what the reason is, you may return your purchase. Just contact us at support@ebars.com and we will email you a pre-paid, printable return slip.

Normally, shipping charges are not refunded, however, if it's our mistake in the shipping, you will be refunded in full. Credits are usually applied within 24 hours, however, the credit card company can take from 7 to 10 days to post the credit on your card.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy gives you a 30-day window from purchase. However, we know there can be exceptions, and we will handle those case by case. Please try and request your refund within 30 days.

In the rare event that you wish to cancel your order, please call us at 800-375-6004, and we will cancel and refund your order.
